Terms of Service
Welcome to Prediction Master, operated by Kibenson, an individual based in mainland China. These terms describe accounts, prediction gameplay, virtual resources and purchases.
kibenson28@gmail.com1. The service and predictions
The site offers entertainment predictions about real-world events, progress, missions and leaderboards. Displayed probabilities and multipliers support gameplay and in-site XP calculations. They are not investment advice, promises of cash returns or cash payout rates.
Events may use third-party data. Closing times, result confirmation, source problems or disputes may affect event states. Processing may pause when an outcome cannot be confirmed, and confirmed void events are handled under the product rules. The site does not represent event organisers or data providers.
2. Accounts and public profiles
Use a sign-in account you are entitled to control and protect your authorisation and credentials. First registration requires confirmation of necessary profile information, including nickname and country or region. Nicknames must not impersonate others or infringe their rights.
Your nickname, selected country or region and some results may be public. Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Users who do not meet applicable age or contractual-capacity requirements need appropriate guardian arrangements before using relevant features.
3. Energy, XP, AP and redemptions
Energy supports prediction participation and may be obtained through currently available recovery, missions, purchases or rewarded ads. XP supports levels and leaderboards. AP supports the redemptions currently offered on the site. Amounts, limits and benefits are specified on the relevant pages and confirmed orders.
These resources are for use by your own account within the site. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, gift cards or physical prizes. Purchasing energy does not create eligibility to win real-world-value prizes, a deposit or an investment account.
4. Purchases and memberships
Purchases are available only when the relevant payment channel is enabled. Check prices, currencies, quantities, membership duration and benefits before paying. The provider named at checkout processes payment; confirmed orders determine fulfilment.
Contact support about duplicate charges, missing purchases, order problems or refund requests. Requests are handled using order records, provider rules and applicable law. These terms do not exclude consumer rights that apply to you.
5. Optional advertising
Rewarded ads are initiated by you and disclose their required action and reward before viewing. Failed loading, unavailable ads or unmet reward conditions may mean no reward is earned. Promised rewards should be delivered when their conditions are met.
You do not need to click an advertiser link, sign up for an advertised service or buy an advertised product to receive a viewing reward. You may close or decline an ad and continue using other normally available site features.
6. Fair use and service changes
Do not automate reward farming, forge callbacks, misuse accounts, bypass restrictions or disrupt the service. We may pause affected operations, investigate records and address improperly obtained resources. Contact support if you disagree with an action.
Maintenance, source outages and other problems may temporarily affect availability. Affected events, orders and purchased benefits will be handled according to the circumstances. Changes must not exclude responsibilities or user rights required by applicable law.
7. Contact and changes to these terms
Contact kibenson28@gmail.com about accounts, orders, gameplay or these terms. Include the time and necessary order or page information, rather than passwords, sign-in tokens or complete card numbers.
Material changes will update this page and receive appropriate notice according to their nature. Dispute handling and user rights remain subject to applicable law.
Contact the email above for access, correction or deletion requests, or help with your account and orders.
